Reiki: Energy Balancing - Wellness

Reiki is an ancient and profoundly simple system of “laying on the hands” (clients are fully clothed) energy healing that is available to everyone. It’s benefits include relaxation, stress reduction, clearing stagnant energy, offering healing where needed and creating inner balance.

Laurie’s Reiki is powerful but gentle, a non-invasive form of healing that can help you to re-balance your energy. Trained and certified Master’s Degree of the Usui System of Reiki Healing.

A Reiki session typically involves:
-Client check in
-Your choice to lie on a massage table or sit in a chair.
-I will place my hands lightly on or a few inches above your body in a series of intentional hand positions.
-There is an energy transfer of “universal life force energy” (Reiki) to your body through this hand placements.
-You may feel relaxed, warmth or coolness, tingling or slight twitching or you might not feel anything at all.
-A brief check in at the conclusion of the session.
-A energy/wellness add on/consult will offer guidance for further healing based on the session.
