Navigating Paths of Change
With Jeannie Bowman
November 1 - 6, 2026
Change is inevitable in everyone’s life journey, some transitions are more difficult than others. Navigating through those paths of change is the focus of this 5-day workshop. By telling our stories of the past and difficult paths, recognizing in-between stages, and looking toward the future, we will learn to implement practical and useful strategies for coping with those transitions.
Basing the workshop contents on her personal history of transitions, spiritual director Jeannie Bowman draws from her years as Quaker educator and spiritual companion to lead participants through a week of spiritual practices, rituals, meditations, and journaling for releasing and healing. By supporting the physical, mental and spiritual approaches, maneuvering successful passage through these transitions are possible.
Join us in exploring the concept of navigating paths as we continue to face change in a world of unknowns and a recognition of the sacred and holy in those changes.
